Stephen Phillips Olson

Stephen “Steve” Phillips Olson, 76, of Jeffersonville, passed away on October 15, 2020.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, IN with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 AM on Monday at the funeral home. 

Steve was an Educator for 30 years and retired from Ivy Tech College.  He recently worked for Allied Universal Securities and enjoyed gardening, cooking and playing the saxophone. 

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Lt. Col. George and Viola Olson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Janet Olson; children, Seth Olson (Tawnie), Eric Wolfe (Gina), Tammy Berry (Jason), and Darrin Wolfe (Lori); Elijah Olson, Johanna Olson, Mattya Olson, Ridge Olson, Brooke Valois, Brittany Duncan, Lucas Wolfe and Landon Christensen; great-grandchildren, Ryder, Crew, Savannah, Isaac, and Arrow Eve; and step-grandchildren, Blake, Ashley, Paul, Andrea and Tara.

Memorial contributions can be made to Christ Gospel Church.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
