Sharon Lynn (Allen) Cain

Sharon L. Cain, 66, of Louisville, KY passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends.

A funeral service for Sharon will be at 6 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Neurath and Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St. Louisville, KY 40203. Visitation will be on Sunday from 12 PM – 6 PM at the funeral home.

Sharon was born on January 24, 1953, to the late Ivan and Juanita Allen. She was raised in Portland and lived there until the time of her passing. Sharon was always known for her kind and loving spirit. She always put others before herself. This led her to be a friend to many and a caretaker to many stray animals in the Portland area. Sharon was also a woman of strong faith, and she loved the Lord.

Along with her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her siblings, Steven Allen and Tommy Allen and nephew, David Allen.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, George Waldridge (Michele), Randy Dilley, and Kristy Logan (Ralphie); companion, Jack Mullikin; grandchildren, Bradley Waldridge, Dylan Cook, Brandon Waldridge, Chayden Logan, and Summer Logan; great-grandchildren, Alexis Waldridge and Bentley Cook; siblings, Janice Bouchard (Donnie), Kathy Eichler, Carolyn Bouchard (Joe), George Allen (Sherry) and Debbie Erion (Mark) and a host of extended family and friends.
