Robert “Bob” Lester Payne, 79, of Louisville, KY passed away on January 20, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Blanche and Frank Wieland and Howard Payne.

Bob is survived by his children, Kimberly Adkins, Dana Stinnett, Robert G. Payne, Todd Payne and Heather Deichler; 5 grandchildren and brother, William L. Payne.

Family will be having private services.

Bob will be laid to rest at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, IN.
