Bradley Stephen Hazel

Bradley S. Hazel, 30, passed away in Louisville, Kentucky on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Bradley was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Mark McGill and Tammy Hazel on February 18, 1991. He had an outgoing, silly personality and was always the life of the party. Bradley was always looking sharp in his favorite hats and outfits. He loved playing basketball and watching the Green Bay Packers.

Left to cherish his memory, Bradley leaves behind his parents, Mark and Tammy; children, Landyn and Jaiden; brothers, Chad, Cody (Amanda) and Daniel; niece, Makayla; nephews, CJ, Ethan, Conner and Bentley; aunt, Dolly; uncle, Bobby and a host of extended family and friends.

A funeral service for Mr. Bradley Hazel will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Legacy Funeral Center-Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will begin at 4 pm at the funeral home.
