A funeral mass for Amanda Manning, 36, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be at 10 AM on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at St. John Paul Catholic Church (St. Paul Campus), 219 Schellers Ave, Sellersburg, IN, with burial to follow at Saint Louis Cemetery in Henderson, KY. Visitation for Amanda will be on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 4 PM – 8 PM at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main St. in Jeffersonville, IN.

Amanda passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her loving parents and siblings.

Born on June 22, 1984 in Henderson, KY, throughout her life, Amanda was known for her larger than life personality. She loved to sing, dance, and bring smiles to the faces of anyone around her. She was a devoted single mother to her three children, and her courageous spirit will continue on through them. Amanda also loved animals, and would often spend time volunteering for her local parish and school at St. John Paul II.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Adam Manning; maternal grandparents, John and Rena Mae Clark; and paternal grandfather, Russell Eugene “Gene” Manning.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, James Manning, Kalob Manning, and Alexis Manning; parents, Timothy and Jolinda Manning; siblings, Curtis Manning and Lora Manning; Maternal Grandmother, Joan Manning; nieces and nephews; Clara Manning, Nicholas Manning, Alexander Manning, and Aria Manning; and a host of extended family members and friends.
