Losing a loved one is never easy and even more so when it is totally unexpected. After talking with a few local funeral homes, we felt Legacy is where God led us and we had peace with this decision. Joe and the team have been completely amazing. No two family situations are alike. At every interaction, we felt like we were the only family they were working with. The empathy and care guiding us through our decisions and advocating for us cannot be described in words. Thank you, Joe and team for taking excellent care of us! Your kindness, thoughtfulness, and care created a perfect experience during this sad and difficult time for our family. Upon the recent passing of my Great Aunt, we discovered she had a prepaid funeral plan with Legacy - Scott Chapel. When my Great Uncle and I visited to make arrangements, we were met by Eric Heil with the most compassionate and assuring demeanor. From our first visit where we ironed out all the details through to the conclusion of the service and packing up the pictures, Eric and Alicia were both total professionals there to meet any need. Eric made it so easy to work with him. Email, text, phone call, whatever way we needed to get information to him, he was willing. Thank you Eric and Alicia for making such an important day for our family such as perfect experience. P.S. Your venue on Main Street is beautiful and so comfortable.
